B2C App for Homeowners
ZYYAH hired me to create a product roadmap and initial designs for the MVP of their B2C app, which allows users to manage insurance, warranty, maintenance, and other homeowner needs in a single app.
UX Research, Roadmap, Design & Test
I led a small team to conduct UX research to identify user goals, needs, and constraints. Using personas that reflect those insights, I led a weeklong design meeting to identify business requirements and map out the desired user journey. Next, I created a product roadmap for the MVP as well as sample wireframes for ZYYAH to use as a guideline for future design and development.
The majority of this work is unavailable to view per NDA requirements; however, shown here are some wireframes that I created in Figma for which I conducted an A/B test with business leaders as well as homeowners.
In addition to designing for homeowners, I also designed user experiences for realtors, home service professionals, and administrators.
